i'm reducing a combined 7 washes of acacia confusa with a bit of fresh lemon juice in each wash now and added and removed the egg white of 2 eggs and most of it congealed into one mass but there was some little bits left out (they were filtered through a t-shirt). now the resulting liquid is cloudy, before it was clear but red.
does egg white tannin binding make the water cloudy for anyone?
