Does anyone else notice that when cooking Rue in a vinegar solution it kind of smells like buffalo wing sauce? I know it sounds silly, but my garage smells like a wing joint right now.

Someone thought I was cooking sweet and sour once...
But yeah, rue kind of smells like an edible spice and vinegar... well everyone consumes vinegar, right?

I've definitely noticed that smell too.
Before brewing it smells to me like a mix of cocoa and coffee.
when brewing it really does take on a saucy buffalo wing type smell.
I kinda like it.
