The fine line between the naphtha and black layer has a very fine white color. What can this be? DMT dropped out of naphtha?

The 'emulsion-layer' has many constituents and properties, and all emulsions are slightly different. The white you see could be loose cellulose that has lost all of its colour and became buoyant, or small bubbles of air or naphtha, or lye that has become locally supersaturated, or fats, or metal-hydroxides. There may be something I haven't though of yet.
The one thing it almost certainly is not, is spice. There could be a higher concentration of spice in the emulsion-layer than in the rest of your soup, but it won't crash out like this and start to float.

If you really worry about your emulsions, you could also separate the entire layer from the rest of your soup (use a ladle!), and process it separately. A separating funnel works wonders for this, if you have the means. You could even "extract your emulsion", so to speak.

Peace!

I have left the first pull sit overnight after performing an STB and an A/B while using a heat bath, and when I awoke in the morning, there were definitely DMT crystals floating in the bottom layer of the naphtha, on top of the basic aqueous layer..

There was no bubbly emulsion, only just two distinct layers, the bottom a black basic aqueous mhrb juice, and the top a clear (a/b) to slightly yellowed (STB) naphtha with a bunch of floating crystals just between the layers. Setting the container back into a heat bath and a little agitation melted/redissolved them, the layers were then separated, and the crystals recovered through freeze precipitation.

Floaties could definitely be DMT. Keep in mind, however, that my extraction was a bit larger and the first pull done in a very saturated solution, with heated naphtha.

yes, that's what I've done, though not using a separating funnel (will buy one for the next extraction).
I'll take all the naphtha + possible emulsions + little bit of black sup with a turkey baster or pipette with a 3 valve pipette filler, put them in a separating funnel, separate them with precision and make a sodium carbonate wash while naphtha is in the funnel.

I tried that but the fine white layer at the base of naphtha layer didn't disappear; also I added like 10ml more naphtha just to be sure that if it's spice will have were to dissolve. Nothing changes so is possible indeed to be something else then spice.

I just took out of the fridge my first 300mg (the balance plate is 1.160g) of freeze precipitated DMT Smile so 0.6% from 50g mhrb.
I hope I'll get another 100mg after full evaporation.

Despite the fact the the volcano liquid pads I purchased 3 weeks ago from Germany were lost in transit Sad, I didn't had the patience to wait till the next ones will arrive (along the choreboy scrubbers from us) so I stuck 8 screens in my gvg, put on top of them 30mg and inhale my first DMT vapors.

UAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
unbelievable, I stare with my eyes open at the walls, seeing forms, pattern emerging from everywhere.
I move my sight on the furniture and different forms like a fine colored steam are coming towards me. They are coming from everywhere, the ceiling, the desk.
Can I touch them?
Will my hand enter in there?
Where is my hand?
A short moment of oblivion, which I recognize from aya, appear and I 'wake' myself in the the pattern dance again.
Truly wonderful, I'm so happy I cannot describe...

Dr_Sister didn't see her favourite method mentioned, and she is surprised, because it is the BOMB!

Here it is:
1) let MHRB settle to bottom for half an hour after heating
2) decant as much of the clear upper layer as possible
3) put on some rubber gloves and pour the rest through the leg of a pair nylons into a bucket- you can filter a kg in less than five minutes this way- twist the nylons filled with MHRB to wring out the last drops. et voila!

Works like a charm - some small amount of sediment makes it through, but not enough to be of any consequence.
