can and does any one use tea bags for the herbs used to make changa and if so what kind.

I have used tea many times. Peppermint is always a great one, jasmine flowers, blue lotus, are all great as well. I think anything safe to drink is likely safe to smoke, but I always try smoking the leaf /tea before adding any DMT / Harmalas just in case...
