it definitely will, you just need a lot more material than rue. also depends which passion flower, blue or incarnata....they are variable in content but (from the papers i found)mostly harmine is present in both, and very little or no harmaline..again it depends on the batch.

and third thing to consider is that in passion flower there are more things that act like maoi and enhance the trip.so, by isolating the harmala alkaloids you may also reduce the potency and change the experience the passion flower gives with dmt.

edit : my suggestion is to make enhanced leaf out of it with alcohol. it should only increase the full potency
