I have ~200mg of Jimjam left and I have some herb material that was made by boiling up 40g of caapi leaves and then evapping onto 2g of mullein, which turned it into about 6g. Would eating this 6g be sufficient for proper MAO inhibition and if so what would be a reasonable amount of Jimjam to eat (presumably just wrapped in a rolling paper or something) to achieve a decent effect from it? I wouldn't want an equivalent to a vaped breakthrough that lasts for hours, but I also wouldn't want it to not have enough effect to get me passed the kinda anxiety I feel with too low a dose of something.

I tried a search but was unsure how to find specifically what I was asking about. No doubt it is in here somewhere already.

DO NOT EAT MULLEIN!

I am serious. Do not eat that stuff. When people make mullein tea they filter it through a fine cloth/coffee filter for a reason. All those little hairs that make mullein feel soft can really irritate your digestive tract..like little tiny needles. Wont kill you but some that drink the the without filtering it find that it is quite unpleasant.

Thanks for the heads up. Now that you mention it, I tasted a bit of the mullein when I got it and it stuck in my throat and really irritated for about 10-15 minutes, couldn't seem to cough it up or wash it away. I guess I'll leave that idea then. I have I think 56g (about that anyway) of white caapi vine that's been sitting in a sealed bag in my kitchen drawer for a couple of months now but I have no way of properly shredding it. I'll just be patient for now.

^ get a hammer and an old towel and put the caapi on towel and fold the towel in half over the vine..then bash it. Do this outside on a hard surface like concrete. Just bash it all up until it is busted into little stringy fibers. You can then brew it.

I thought this would be a pain but it really isnt. I did 120 grams in no time. Some pieces were still kind of big so i ripped what I could by hand. Then just to be sure I threw some of the "larger" (they werent really that large) pieces into a coffee grinder for a quick spin, using a few short bursts, just to make them a bit more "shredded".
