I don't know exactly, but oral is like 3-5 hours basically and sublingual/smoked is much less, like an hour or two maybe.
Tramadol's SNRI effects persist for around 12 hours, and there will be excess serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain for a longer period than that. I would wait a few days after tramadol to use any RIMA's.
HOWEVER! I once (very stupidly) took some harmel tea (with mushrooms) a few hours after taking 100 mg tramadol, and didn't die or experience any adverse effects to speak of. Don't take that as a confirmation of the safety of the combination. I was being an idiot.
