So here's mine.

Mix: 40x Caapi leaf, Lavender petals, California poppy petals, Papaver Rhoaes petals and Jasmine flowers.

Only the Caapi some Lavender and the Papaver Rhoaes petals were infused.

Isn't Caapi a type of harmala as well?

Here is a pic of mine. I used a freeze precipitated bit of heptane an put Caapi leaves in whole. This tray was put over a really low heat grow-pad and these xtals formed on the stem and the edge of some of the leaves.

These all are nice pictures, Smri you have got a sweet fractal going on there with the leaf and spice, sweet picture.

Thanks Mantis. Those other mixes from you guys are much more complex though. I have been interested in making a more varied mix but so far only Caapi has called.
Caapi makes things so much smoother though, almost all I need really.

The California poppy adds some nice calming qualities to the experience as well as the Rhoeadine in the Papaver petals.
I was having a hard time dealing with the frenetic madness of DMT even changa made only with caapi was quite mad imo, this blend really slows it all down. I've had some amazing sessions where the info/logos seemed to float around me and I could pluck bits of it when I was ready for more, instead of it all been shot into my cerebral cortex at once. Both these poppies contain absolutely no opiate alkaloids, but are mild sedatives (very very mild actually) Although a tea made with the Papver Rhoaes petals and left to steep overnight did have me out like a light the next night. Also Rhoeadine has been investigated as a benzodiazapine replacement with quite a bit of success.

I also have some somniferums almost ready to flower and was considering adding some petals to the next blend I just cannot find what alkaloids are present, or even what is in the chemical make-up of the petals - I'm not looking to add opiates to my blend, but rather something that helps calm and guide the experience. Guess I'll try a bowl of the petals when my plants flower. They would definitely add some amazing colours to the mix.

In my search for the perfect blend I have gathered so many different plants/flowers/petals I kinda need to make a huge batch of changa, take a week off work and experiment with the various ones I have. But this blend is by far my favourite so far.

not so, all poppies have opiate alkaloids, its just most have them in such little concentrations they are legal. (they typically have the seed pods shaped like a coffee bean, as opposed to the more spherical "opium poppies"

but yea you can do an extraction with enough california poppies; those i personally just use for decoration

also, what are your thoughts on blue lily?

when you say Blue lily do you mean Agapanthus africanus (blue lily) or Nymphaea caerulea (blue lotus) I know the Agapanthus doesn't have any "effects" but I have them in my garden and have wondered what they might be like in changa, they certainly would add some colour to it.
As far as blue lotus goes we don't get it here, so I'd have to order it on-line - I'm really into using indigenous plants in my changa just coz local is better (and I don't have to pay for them). But yeah I've read a lot about it and it seems like it would make a nice addition to changa. I know we get the white lotus here so I am always on the lookout for it as the effects are reported to be very similar.

i ordered some online because unless i plan on making birch/pine changa there are no indigenous plants for me to use here in alaska
i was also thinking a little bit of sage as well (for removal of negative energies)
i read that indigenous Africans smoked the leaves of morning glory, so i might toss a few of my heavenly blue's leaves in there for poops and chuckles

This is my first changa attempt, just finished this morning so haven't tried yet, but smells goooooood
