I've been playing around with this mix of herbs for a while now, and I finally think I found the perfect mix to drift off to sleep while still in hyperspace. It's quite a powerful mix so be careful.

So, on to the How-To;
First make 1 gram of 5x caapi leaf. There are guides available for this so refer to them to learn to do this.

Next make a gram mix of white sage, mullein, indian warrior, and dream herb(forget the scientific names right now)
These should be in equal proportion, i.e. .25g of each.

Now mix the two together and grind in a food chopper or coffee grinder on a course setting.

Now you have 2 grams of the herb mix so add 2 grams of spice and place this all in one jar/beaker. Cover with enough acetone to dissolve all the spice and come up to a little above the level of plant matter. Mix well with a glass stirrer of butter knife and let it sit in front of a box fan, stirring occasionally until all the solvent is evaporated into the plant matter. Leave it under the fan until its completely dry and you should end up with 4g of GREAT bedtime changa.

Enjoy and Sweet DreamsWink

That does sound like a nice blend for sleeping. I have a blend with Mexican Dream Herb in it. If I smoke some caapi before hand, then that blend always makes me yawn while I'm in Hyperspace. I imagine the white sage helps quite a bit too.

Have you ever tried mugwort? I like to smoke a bowl before bed. Helps me sleep and dream the whole night through.

Nice post fraterS.O.L.

I have always been a purist when it comes to my changa. 10x changa:spice at a 1:1 ratio.

Recently I created a changa that was about 20x caapi:spice at a 1.75:.25 ratio. I learned that I could still break through on this If I smoked it properly.

The most important thing I learned was that I was missing what caapi had to offer because I was blowing it out of the water with spice.

I have read many threads like yours but never followed through on making some myself. After reading this thread I am now starting to realize that I am probably missing out on some great effects from some other graet herbs out there. I think its time for me to dive in.

Thanks for the great post.

I am pretty similar in this regard. There are so many different herbs and blends to play with and i have to admit i've been kinda boring. I usually just stick to caapi leaves and occasionally add dried mint leaves from my GF's garden to add a nicer taste to it. I really want to try adding Calea Zacatechicโ€‹h (dream herb) and blue lotus to make electric sheep.

@reosed - Thanks for the idea. I'll have to look up about mugwort. The best part of this blend is out of the GVG it taste's lovely, I think due to the sage

@IceHouse - When I first made changa I made 1g that was 1:1 10x:spice and then another that had a different ratio of these herbs. I noticed a huge difference in the subjective experience of each, that's why I've done mixtures ever since because they each add their own color and flavor to the experience. I think the caapi alks are almost overpowering in the caapi heavy blends hence in my mix I use 5x, and its only a quarter of the changa by weight. This really 'lets the light shine in' so to speak.

@DoingKermit - that Calea Zacatechichi is the dream herb i used in this mix. Very blissful, and deep, dreams come from adding this herb. Haven't had the chance to play with blue lotus yet.

Also, everyone should add a little mullein to their mix, especially if you're actually smoking but even if you vape, it made the smoke a lot more bearable IME.

Much love everyone, I hope you can all try my mix sometime when you need catch some good Z's

I find smoalking at night always keeps me up for hours afterwards... Sounds like a nice blend though, I need to get more herbs for experimentations!

very nice my brother. i personally have a 'dreamer's blend' i use for just such work. it is blue vervain, wild lettuce, calea zacatechichi, aftrican dream herb, california poppy and mullein. i like the idea of the white sage so i will throw some in for the next batch.

the dreams are profound and it really is amazing to breakthrough, have a profound journey, segue directly into the dream space and then wake up the next morning feeling like a massive shift has taken place within you. great work!!

another AWESOME tryptamine you could experiment with if you like the journey into sleep is bufotenine. very much a perfect medicine for seemlessly crossing from hyperspace into dreamspace...

thanks for the good info!!
