You can use vine to make changa.
You can either extract it via Gibrans Caapi Tek or make a menstrum ala Dorge.
If you extract it, you'll know the exact yields and can control the ratios.
Ala Dorge, you get what you get and it can be hit and miss but it's still pretty damn effective usually.
As far as making the actual changa, if you extract the vine, I prefer a ratio of 1g spice : 1g mullien : 450mg harmalas
Most people use 1g spice : 1g leaf : 250mg harmalas. I just prefer my changa to be kinda harmala heavy but that can lead to headaches if you smoke it too fast.
I wouldn't suggest smoking the vine. I'd definitely add the goodies to some type of leaf that is smooth to smoke. Smoking wood can be quite harsh.
I recommend trying it all and seeing which you prefer. Each method will leave you with a completely different product so see which one you like the best.
