Considering how elusive yuremamine is, how do you plan on isolating it to get it into the mix?

They say heat, acid and most bases destroy it... So it seems the only way to get it is to do a cold alcohol soak on MHRB and evap that onto your changa blend.

I've got a menstrum of 40g black caapi and 15g MHRB that I was going to use for the Little Lightening / Instant Aya tek but I may just evap it onto some mullein and spice instead to see how it is.

Edit: Thinking about this a little more, I'm not sure if the yuremamine would survive the smoking/vaporization process. And there really wouldn't be a way to tell for sure if the yuremamine is doing it's thing or not. Ionno. Someone else's thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...

I'm not sure what the benefit would be, does it even have any effects on its own?

Location: good question
Sister has been giving this one a lot of thought lately. Because Yuremamine will not withstand exposure to basic conditions (according to prevailing wisdom) there is no way of getting it in freebase form. So anything extracted using cold alcohol is going to be the the tannic acid salt of yuremamine, which isn't the form we need to smoke.

Sister could be mistaken on this, but it looks like Yuremamine will only be useful for routes of administration other than smoking.

But until someone succeeds in isolating yuremamine, and doing some experiments with it we won't know for sure. soon hopefuly

It's supposedly a mild MAOI so I guess the only real benefit would be a bit smoother and maybe extended ride. There's honestly no telling though.

The way most people make changa is by just soaking caapi in alcohol and then evapping it, so those harmalas are still essentially in salt form and still effective when smoked.

Hopefully yuremamine would be the same.

I don't think it's an maoi or rima. I think it works through an entirely different manner... But that's just speculative...
