I decided to make my first batch of changa. I have made enhanced leaf before but never with added harmalas.

I know I want to use 1:1 and I'm going to be using 10x caapi leaf.

I also have some marshmallow leaf laying around and I was wondering if there was anything to be gained mixing it my the caapi extract or if I should just stick with the pure caapi?

Well let me ask you this, what do you think you would have to gain by adding the marshmallow? Is there any benefit? Do you wish to commune with his plant in a fast with Changa? Do you know if marshmallow can be smoked for it's medicinal effects? What would the synergy of marshmallow and Harmalas do to you from a pharmacological point of view? All important hints to consider when adding plants to a blend.
