I've been microdosing Iboga Tincture for close to two weeks.

I've recently heard about the benefits of combining turmeric and black pepper, but am worried about inducing seratonin syndrome accidently.

Is it safe to mix?

wow! it's becoming famous..no,it's not safe couse still now asaik had used it as maoi,i'm speacking here in the nexus,so we couldn't know how much of this mix could be compared to harmaloids alksnor we know in witch ratio of piperine and curcumin,so a comparison is impossible now...i wouldn't risk so much still we have more infos to work with,yeah this mix acts in serotonine so it *could* be dangerous,maybe...don't take this risk

A few questions:

Would it hurt to try small doses?.. Is it really too dangerous?

How long do I have to be off Iboga before I can take an maoi?

Would it be worthwhile to eat turmeric on its own?

I am still curious about this.. I was going to try microdoses of caapi tea as well, but I'm unsure of the safety.

I really don't know if its completely safe, but we spoke about a brew in amazon containing ibogaine like alcaloids.
And I personnaly tried a 150mg rue alcs with 2 grams of iboga rootbark and it was quite powerful and awesome..
It didn't felt one bit toxic (but what do we know?)

iboga could be dangerous by itself,i wouldn't try it with maoi of uknown potency

I drank aya, ate 1 gram of root bark, and had tumeric and black pepper in my dinner this evening and I'm feeling great.
