SWIM has been extracting DMT from various sources other than MHRB recently. Right now, he is about to extract some Phalaris grass he grew. He plans to do an A/B with two defats using naptha after the last acid cook, then proceed with a pure spice extraction. After that he then plans to repeat the A/defat/B process but then do a full range extraction. SWIM has read that Phalaris arundinacea contains both DMT and 5Meo DMT.
If he does a full range extraction on the grass, will he be able to isolate the 5meo? If not, will there be a considerable amount in the full range spice? He asks because he is interested in taking 5meo sublingually, but not at all interested in smoking it.
