I started off my Introduction with a giant essay that was supposed to explain my drug experience and life up until this point. I decided that it's probably a better idea to try and convey myself in as few words as possible. I believe I can communicate my feelings towards life a bit easier this way.. Considering I'm awful at communicating EXACTLY what I mean to others.

I am currently interested in the melding of Sociology and Psychology, in order to help people.

I am interested in Eastern Religions, as well as philosophy.

I am currently reading Food of the Gods by Terence McKenna and that book basically sums me up. Reading that book, I feel like it's the closest I've ever had to a religious experience and feeling like I understood what was going on in the world around me. I know I will be reading that book over and over for years to come, it just really hits home for me..

I am extremely interested drugs in general and I figure the best way to prepare myself is with knowledge and understanding. I am sick of feeling like a criminal and being treated like a criminal when I only want good for the world and everyone in it.

So I've decided to come here as a refuge, so I don't go insane with nobody in my immediate reality that accepts my ideas or way of thinking. Hopefully by coming here I can find the information I will need to be prepared for my next path in life.. Though I'm not entirely sure what that path is.. Smile

Let me know if there is anything, any of you would like to know about me or anything else. I'm open to any questions you could possibly have, especially if it would help you to understand ME a little better.

Welcome to the Nexus!

So are you experienced with DMT yet? What about extractions?

Thank you! Smile

I am not experienced with DMT yet. I've done some reading on it, but I planned to experience DMT at Burning Man in 2011. (I currently live in my parent's house and think doing an extraction there would be completely disrespectful). I was wondering what the general consensus was about first time DMT experiences; Should I be doing my own extractions as a way of "preparing" for my tryp?

I know almost nothing about extractions. I've only done easy extractions that most anybody could do. LSA from Morning Glory and HBWR. As well as some THC extractions. It would appear that DMT extraction is on a different level than my past extractions, which is a reason I am here.

not extracting in the rents' house is an intelligent move.
the new food safe, eco hippy teks developed over the past 2 years are really amazing, one can feel very safe about what one is ingesting.

i REALLY loved food of the gods. read it 3 years ago, and it still sticks in my mind.

Thank you. I actually feel welcomed and even slightly relieved I've found this place. I've yet to try DMT, but I definitely support what is being done here. As for FOOD OF THE GODS. I recommend it to EVERYONE. Drug user or not..
