And Since this is about me I would like to add that I love crop circles and everyone who hasn't looked into should really consider to do so.

(I Don't think crop circles are being created by Aliens biological in nature. More like spirits)

I started getting Sleep Paralysis at a young age, but it only happened in my dreams. At the age of 15 I had my first experience with Sleep Paralysis with my eyes open and it was extremely frightening. I heard a VERY LOUD vacuum sound with a black malevolent entity right above, it looked like the grime reaper without a face. As the sound dissipated the hallucination did as well. Well for the longest time I had Sleep Paralysis attacks of all sorts of insane hallucinations of sorts, from hearing whispers, being touched and licked, being electrocuted, feeling a knife cut me, being sexually assualted (my genitals would be squeezed and I would be paralyzed and can not move lol) , hearing voices, seeing a ball of light and other things.

I literally thought they were demonic attacks.

Later I learned it was because my mind was in between awake and sleep and a chemical called DMT is being releaseed which is causing the hallucinations off of emotions and ignorance to what is actually happening.

One day I over came the Shadow Figure. I controlled it and I realized it was me all a long who was inducing it on my self.

I then heard that people can use Sleep Paralysis to induce Out of body experience, Astral Projection and Lucid dreaming.

So I started practicing methods of inducing sleep paralysis than inducing lucid dream or OOBE.

I then later found out that more information on DMT, that it is in all mammals and in plants blah blah blah.

I told myself "I have to get a hold of that"

I have done DMT only 6 times so far , right now as I type this.

I always get MAD anxiety before I hit the pipe. I haven't actually full out broken through, but I am not in rush to do so.

I did how ever encounter realistic hallucinations of eye balls in the geometric patters, as well as realistic looking pyramids made of sand and rock.

uh, wow I had the whole grim-reaper figure thing too during one of my few sleep paralysis experiences. No face, no head... it was creepy.
I wonder if it is proven that sleep paralysis is really caused by dmt. I mean I can see the similarities, but that could be because the same creature i.e. me (in this case) is experiencing both states.
After the whole Rick Strassman fiasco linking dmt to the pinneal which is obviously only his theory and apparently not true, and so many people taking it for the truth, I've become very sceptical of any information linking any kind of experiences to endogenous dmt. But I'll be happy to acknowledge a peer reviewed scientific source of this information. Otherwise it is just speculation IMO.

Well I don't know if it's a proven fact taht DMT cause hallucinations endogenously during SP, but it's some type of endogenous chemical that makes one hallucinate no doubt. Serotonin, Melatonin?
