How often am I confounded to see topics that I have been contemplating come up as new topics being discussed by others. It seems to me that the minds of the people here have some sort of synchronicity at times. Has anyone else noticed it or is it as I fear pure madness

I remember i when was an onlooker peaking in here now and then, over a year ago, thinking the same exact thing your talking about..and so after one of my first intense dmt experiences i came on here and read a trip report by someone (now forget who) which was basically like reading about the experience i'd just had, plus both occured on the same dam day! needless to say i jumped on board the next day

I often practice viewing every little instance or occurrence in a day from any perspective I can imagine. Normally I end up critically thinking about things by coming to Nexus in my mind, and wondering how you all would respond to the question at hand. It works a grand majority of the time.

Yep definitely agree, it's like we're one big mind trying to figure out how the universe works, and we end up looking at different connections and different areas at the same time. In one way it seems incredible or miraculous that we end up thinking the same things at the same time, but on the other hand - how could it be any different? We're investigators with similar interests and similar ways of studying the universe so it's no surprise that we think about the same topics at the same time. Deja vu anyone?

That is the great attraction of this board for me. We all have a common thread of interest, DMT. And once you travel down that path . it is a journey that makes you question everything that you thought you knew. I see links posted on here that I was looking at the same day...quotes from books that I found at the flea market or a yard sale and bought only because of an interesting title, show up here shortly after I find them...I think it's because we are now driven to explain hyperspace in a way that is more understandable than our monkey brain comprehension up to this point. After all, in our everyday lives, how many people can you debate "reality" with? or almost any of the multitude of discussions on here.

Like minds do, Think alike.

During several of my journeys to the other side I seen the human race as a extension of one being. 6.7 billion tentacles cast forth into this dimension to explore it and gain a deeper understanding of not only the laws of this realm but what possibilities could be undertaken here. I was but one of those tentacles. It was quite disturbing as I seen there was no true 'me' but a projection of self so that each human would be unique and diverse.

How funny, I just wanted to make a thread like this, you read my mind!

You put an instant ear to ear grin on my face when i read your post.

I have been thinking about it as well. I guess we pick things up fast from each other, because of the medium. So many mind analyzing the same thoughts and all sort of stuff presented on the board. Chances are there is some individual minds that pick up ideas, perspectives, go by their own logic, mix and play, and end up with new ideas and thoughts and patterns that appear around the same time on the boards again. Some ideas are exactly the same. Indeed i have seen others here put words to my thoughts We are the little neurons that make up the nexus mind. And we are all excreting our thoughts. Resistance is futile, you know.

I think this phenomenon has the same roots as the simultaneous discovery of things in the history of science (see http://ezinearticles.com...iscoveries&id=573362 for some examples).

When someone is thinking certain thoughts in a really deep way, these thoughts - by their strength - may get imprinted in unseen worlds of the mind, where they can then be located and picked up by others. This might be the essence of being a "dreamer", someone who directs the world through the power of the imagination.
