I've been doing a bit of reading in an effort to formulate a suitable recipe for psilotea (augment-able as psilohuasca.) So far this is what I've come up with:

All of the amounts are approximations. I need some advice methinks...

The ingredients have been selected with effect and flavour in mind

~ P. semilanceata is locally available, and psychoactive
~ Cinnamon tasty and warming
~ Ginseng calming, good for digestion
~ Ginger effective anti-nauseate
~ Lemon for aiding extraction
~ Licorice/Mint tea for a synergistically magic taste!
~ Honey as a sweetener.
~ Optional B. caapi or syrian rue to boost effects

Psilotea (1 serving)
1 dried gram semilanceata
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 grams ginseng
1 one ground slice ginger
1 licorice and/or mint tea bag
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Honey to taste

To make Psilohuasca (1 serving) add 3-6 grams ground syrian rue or 10-15 grams of ground b. caapi. Some preparations with ginseng have resulted in a headache, tremulousness, and manic-like symptoms.

Directions
1. Heat 2 cups (per serving) water to a boil.
2. Add Caapi or Rue, ginger, cinnamon, and ginseng.
3. Boil for about five minutes.
4. Remove from heat, strain with and let cool below boiling.
5. While still hot add honey, lemon juice semilanceata and tea, let steep 10 minutes and serve.

Any ideas on what can be improved? Is the ratio of MAOIs to Psilo good? Also is anyone aware of a possible adverse interaction with MAOIs and the other ingredients?
