I would suggest word association test from a real psychologist to find what words/experiences you may have been suppressing, if you are ready for that. If on the other hand you can think of the first time you ever felt this or experienced this and what may have caused it -that will be very helpfull.
I think you have done good work getting to the Ah resting sound, which is actually said to be a healing sound - if you let it be. I know, like the hickups, enough is enough, for me pranayama helps with hickups and I think it would help with this too - pm me for details.
I believe if you fully make peace with your environment, which can be a struggle these days with all of the buzzing electricity, politics, and lack of privacy or any real silence, than you will very simply be - fully at peace.
When you accepted the entity and offered loving space - you can see that it did help, now - unconditional love is the next step, where as before you became uncomfortable from too much ah. I have used that sound on my own to relax, and know of many girls who make that sound in the bedroom and I tellyou for sure it is healing. So if that bothers you, maybe do it yourself onceor twice and then relax and breath and be at peace with your environment at all costs no matterwhat. Unconditional love for everything you experience will assure that you only create more moments of love in your life. It's all just energy, us and every entity.
