How does that help you measure an amount any better than a knife tip?

it's a v-shaped spoon at one end...much more precise than a knife tip

otherwise we'd all use knife tips in the lab

be very very careful with this stuff. actually if you have access to the real thing skip it completly. the scientist that first made the stuff (his initials are JWH) said in a recent article that the more research he does on these compounds, the more convinced he is that they are HIGHLY carcinogenic. i don't have time to google the article right now, but will when i get home from work (if someone doesn't beat me to it anyways...hint, hint)

I would definitely like to see that article... as a well as many people from the community! There has been lots of discussion on the subject however the results are far from conclusive. Some studies even refer that the metabolites may act as anti-carcinogenics. The problem is quite difficult as the metabolic pathways of JWH-018 are unknown. Some studies have been conducted over JWH-015, but even then there was very few evidences or even clues to the ultimate permanent health effects of these substances

curious to see more evidence of this

the issue is oxidation of fused-ring aromatics such as phenanthrene
they form epoxides, some of which are known to be carcinogenic

the question is does JWH dissociate its napthalene moeity?
metabolism for jwh may not be the same as with napthalene, if the enzymes do not recognize the substrate

here is the metabolic pathway for napthalene

I've been using the JWH compounds daily over 2 months. I thought I had built up a good tolerance to it. I began to get lazy, and much less cautious. I over-dosed, today, felt like I was going to puke, even tried to. My body temperature rose dramatically. My vision was blurry and lights were overly bright; paranoia was extreme; when I closed my eyes I would lose the feeling of my body and become incredibly nauseous. When I opened my eyes, the sun was too bright, but it made me feel better. I had an incredible body buzz. I was so glad that the effects subsided over 30-45 minutes. I was pretty shaken up by it. I fell asleep 2-3 hours after the over-dose and woke up all hazy and dreamy-headed.

Yeah, I was very embarrassed by it. I like to consider myself responsible, etc. I was being very stupid, didn't weigh anything, or doubt myself. One really should be cautious, all the time. When one doesn't, bad things easily happen. It wasn't like I never knew I could overdose. I was purposefully choosing to be careless, by not being careful.

that sounds exactly like what i go through every time i smoke good pot and even sometimes mid or even low grade pot, i get it from the jwh blends also but due to its shorter duration its more tolerable for me plus after experiencing it for 9 years its not that horrible a thing for me, just got calloused to it i guess lol i've been hearing about similar reactions alot lately tho. like everyone keeps saying the key is to take a hit and wait a good 10 minutes as it comes on slow and mild then BAM
