swim recently had a re awakening with a mix from just weed and passion flower. This strong interaction was all from being smoked and i figured a passion flower tea would be even stronger and more effective. My question would be what amount of passion flower should i use for a strong dose of this tea? also would swim be able to make a tincture by using brandy or vodka and either letting it sit in there or simmering it for awhile to make an alcoholic beverage of bliss. Swim knows the dangers of maois and alcohol but this is 40 percent and ive never heard of a lethal mix from this since passion flower isnt too strong of one

is there any alternative to the ammonia, also would an ammonia with surfactants be deadly or ineffective?

Just smoking the blooms, leaves, and steeping a tea can be QUITE effective. She is more powerful, smoked and drank together.

If you live in the right climate, I highly recommend growing your own. It's a GORGEOUS plant. I've nurtured the same one for years (I have to bring her inside every year for the winter).

I never got the seeds of Passiflora incarnata to germinate. Anything special that needs to be done?

Honestly, I don't think there is much of a limit when you are working with fresh plant material. I would probably add 6-12 inches of a cutting per pot. I boil for around 20 minutes, heard a rumor there were anthocyanides that needed to be destroyed by longer cooking. If you slowly sip a cup outside while smoking some flowers/leaves, you will feel it start working on you, and you'll learn your dosage. I've always only worked with fresh plant material, and never EVER experienced any ill effects.

I save the blooms for changa.

A friend loves to throw the leaves into other joints to enhance creativity. Smile

Passionflower is SUCH a beautiful plant. Whenever I trimmed her, I hung the cuttings around my bed, and her spirit entered my dreams. So loving. <3
