Let's say we wet MHRB powder in a strong base, such as a NaOH-solution. Swirl it around quite a bit to grant full access to the freebase inside it, and then simply dry it. When dry, it should be theoretically possible to grind and heat the dry mixture of MHRB and lye to 80°C and condense the vapor of the now boiling DMT in a simple water cooler connected to the heating jar. Condensed DMT would generate, as some are familiar with, amorphous DMT (no crystalline structure).

Scrape it up (or collect it in some other way of the cooler), recrystallize the product in naphtha, heptane or another suitable non-polar solvent, and we should have very pure, crystalline DMT.

What are the practical problems with this idea Wut?

...unlike the "blind leading the blind". we are more akin to a group of blind-from-birth people who have all simultaneously been given the gift of sight but have no words or mental processing capabilites to work with this new "gift".

IT IS ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT WE ARE WILLING TO EXPOSE OURSELVES OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO ANNIHILATION THAT WE DISCOVER THAT PART OF OURSELVES THAT IS INDESTRUCTIBLE.
