A friend of mine told me:

He smoked about 50mg Spice without breaktrough. After about 2-5min he smoked another 40-50mg. With those doses he entered the spice-trance. The exact experience does not matter, but he told me, that when he came down he did have some kind of an orgasm.
He told me that the "orgasm" felt fantastic and was located in the second chakra!! It was just like some octopus-like creature released high energy through the tentacles into his second chakra!
