Hello, I read that Salvinorin A from Salvia Divinorum is not soluble in water, so I did an alcohol extraction, similar to this process hereHowever, I was wondering if it would be possible to get an effect from this liquid if I would take it buccally? How does solubility actually work? Would the solubility only matter when it comes down to the extraction process or does it also play a role in the consuming part? Would it be better, if instead of diluting it with water, I would dilute it with milk? Referring to the final cooking process

Here's a short video that explains some basics with regard to solubility. And yes it matter with consumption as well.
