This is an old article I came across written by Timothy Leary and figured many of you may find it quite interesting. Hey Thorz I've been touring the mind of Dr. Leary this past couple of weeks, and from either side of liberal or conservative activist he always gets these jabs which he could not possibly defend against. Everyone seems to think he was a kook, and his personal tastes don't do much to say otherwise. For example he had contract drawn up to allocate where either side of his frozen head would be stored. So not only was his head severed and frozen but it was split into two sides, so that it would be fair to science! But I'll say one thing as sort of a saving grace, he was the less rambunctious of the group that he socialized with, whereas one of the enthusiasts who flocked to Leary's rented mansion had been living in a large apartment where everything was laced with LSD, and the type of people who would visit the apartment were diplomats and members of The United Nations. so thought you might like to hear some wacky misadventures about the man Enjoy the Psychedelic Exploring A great deal of meditation is required

This is very interesting I like his idea of ground ccontrol helping to guide flight patterns. What would you guys think to be the best way to go about this? Step forward into your cave. That's right. You're going deeper into your cave. And you're going to find, your power animal...

Shpongle, have you seen the documentary of Leary's death and decapitation? It's incredibly trite and campy, but then you see Leary die and the guy go in with a hacksaw. PK Dick is to LSD as HP Lovecraft is to Mushrooms

So I found the video, but I also found out that it was a piece of performance art Leary decided to do before his death. Not real, but it freaked the hell out of me when I first saw it. PK Dick is to LSD as HP Lovecraft is to Mushrooms

Yeah, actually this isn't true. It was mostly a joke from what I can tell, he was actually cremated and his ashes given to his friends and family. "The film Timothy Leary's Dead (1996) contains a simulated sequence in which Leary allows his bodily functions to be suspended for the purposes of cryonic preservation, and his head is removed and placed on ice. At the end of the film is a sequence showing the creation of the artificial head used in the film." - Kinda funny actually  Everything I post is made up fiction. SWIM represents a character who is not based in or on reality.
