Hello, after heating the nail for 30sec I drop the DMT and I don't feel a thing(dosage:30mg)
Also a dark colored liquid remains after smoking.
The method I am using is called cold dabbing.
Moreover, the DMT seems to be crystalizing when moving through the glass.
Could it be that I am using low temperature when pouring the DMT?
Hope the photos can shed some light.

That looks like very burnt DMT to me. Was the vapour harsh and acrid?
I don't know much, but I do know this. With a golden heart comes a rebel fist.

Not harsh at all, more acrid I would say. So as I understand it is burnt. Therefore less heat is needed. I see.
Thank you friend <3

IMHOP, dab nails should be vaporizing your gear via sublimation, quickly vaporizing directly from solid to gas. Smoking a puddle of liquid for a while seems to cook the NN-dmt and degrade it, possibly it’s oxidizing or something. This is applying heat by conduction from the quartz or glass to the spice, and the water percolator helps a lot with the harsh smoke:

I have found convection to work really well by comparison, the spice is much more potent and tastes great I think because the copper mesh choreboy is giving the spice room to run away from the heat, but hot air is still getting in and around all the nooks and crannies vaporizing it everywhere it goes. This is of course assuming you have the right distance from the torch so it’s right in the sweet spot of not too hot, but just hot enough to get thick cloudy vapor that is not harsh

Here I have an apparatus I made that has kind of a bubble in front of the choreboy, it acts as a buffer so that the flame doesn’t actually touch the spice but gives it a little buffer zone so the heat kind of eddys around before it even gets to the choreboy

It's very tough using a banger and a torch for the spice. If you want to use an oil rig, a digital nail is nearly key without risking pretty frightening dosage overshoots while adding extra to make up for burn waste.
Without growth, what's the point?
