it can inhibit dizocilpine? damn, that's impressive. must be an allosteric modulator of NMDA.
mk-801 is active in the microgram range

if this is a noncompetitive inhibitor of NMDA, it possibly has dissociative effects.

If you use google, you can find a popular ethno vendor selling it as a psychotria extract. I would like to try it but like you said it must be ultrapotent if it can be compared to mk-801 and my guess is it is not orally active.

the chronic mental masturbators over at bluelight mentioned dosage is in the 10 - 40mg range, but that the half-life was short (effects are gone in an hour)

*edit* ok, so one guy tried it (oral), but reported no effects. there's gotta something missing here

I feel like IM would be the route for this. Too bad its insanely scary to be doing that with this substance which is completely unknown. Maybe I should run my own tests on some striped bass?
