Ive recently tried using borneol to increase the psychoactive effects of different substances/teas.

Apparently it is used in TCM to aid bioavailabilty and ive also seen a study where it was found to increase blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability (which supposedly makes it a candidate for the entourage effect of cannabis).

Im a sucker for placebo so I dont want to claim that it works for me yet, but it atleast seems to have quite well in some cases, I just wish it didnt have such a strong taste which forces me to use capsules.

Does anyone here have experience with it, and if so at what dosage ranges do you use it, and for which kind of substances?

Or are there maybe other, more researched substances that can aid availabilty that I could check out?

Ive also come across myrcene for BBB but since it may be cancerous its more of a no for me...
