It's such a pity that we don't have a well-sorted base of info on this substance.
It'd be fantastic if anyone that has any experience with it could describe the dos and dont's, their dosage experiences, ROA descrpitions and any safety precautions.

So far the only resources I was able to find on e-mesh vaporization of 5-MeO-DMT freebase was this: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=94717 and https://www.reddit.com/r...settings_for_emesh_rig/. And these are far from comprehensive!

The obvious advice is to never try 5-MeO-DMT in significant doses without a tripsitter.
There are many stories of people vomiting, trashing around or having other undesirable side effects on it - how common are these really? There has been a study (clinical trial on 22 subjects) that involved very high doses of 5-MeO-DMT (18mg!) and the reported side effects were very mild and "resolved spontaneously".
