Well, I know I've been raving a bit about bufo lately... but today I would like to mention something wonderful I've been discovering.
Bufo infused leaf, without dmt or harmalas, is an excellent sleep aid. I like to be with light CEVs; a small dose will work wonders. This idea started after remembering one of Jorkest's posts about falling asleep on bufo and it being quite pleasant. I later tried some as I went to bed... Subsequent experiments here and there over about two or three weeks have been very rewarding
Taken after an evening meditation session, or 1 hr after a bit of melatonin, helps ease in to restful sleep. Dreams are still there as much as they would be with a regular diet, sometimes stranger - sometimes normaler, but these days who knows what a "normal" dream is supposed to be like? The fact is, it does not bring such vivid dreams that you awaken exhausted, nor does it reduce/eliminate the dreaming experience like cannabis has been known to with some individuals.
In fact, I sleep for a nice bit of time (6-8 hours), waking up before my alarm consistently feeling refreshed and ready.
Clear headed operation each day is of the
utmost importance to me, the morning after bufo I can think clearly, quickly and critically - more clearly than mornings following an evening with just a beer or two.
There are desirable after effects the following day (though theanine oddly made me feel like shit the one time I tried it in coffee the day after some bufo sleep), but if I list them all this post will read 100% like a commercial
After spice, there is an afterglow effect which I do enjoy - though I began to notice the ways in which it made me behave differently than my completely "sober" self. I might just be paranoid
. So far I notice much less alteration after a bit of bufo. Therefore, bufo is more sustainable to my being day and night - with the option of deep work being done when the call is heard. This paragraph is admittedly more subjective than the rest of this post
Had to
had to share this, love this incredible compound.
