Hi all Nexus member,
My name is Phangz, 37 years old and I'm from Brisbane, Queensland the sunshine state of Australia. Is there many Aussies here with me? Although I was born in Vietnam, I consider myself Aussie as I have been here since the age of three.
I'm just an average bloke trying my hardest to get by in life. I'm poor but earn an honest living. Pretty much a Jack of all trades but master of none as they say. At the moment I'm working with fruits and veggies at the Brisbane markets as a forklift driver. Don't tell health and safety but I can do 360 donuts after it rains =P. Not a bad job and I'm enjoying it. A BIG benefit of the job is fresh fruit and veggies for the pie hole on the cheap......and sometimes even free!
I like to fish and make things in my free time. But my first love and choice is gardening. You'll most likely find me outside digging holes or chopping trees lol. Seriously, I love anything to with plants. From starting seeds, transplanting, fruit growing, grafting experiments, plant breeding, composting, fertilizer making.....just anything garden/plants.
Having always been intrigued with plants, it was only natural to progress to entheogen. So I find myself here on Nexus, reading, learning and more reading. Finally decided to join after countless hours scrolling through the plant sections of the forums. With my work hours almost halved from work due to the shutdowns - I thought it was a perfect time to do so. Would also be a good way to interact with like minded people who won't judge me on my plant geekiness. lol. Could also be a good way to connect and maybe even obtain hard to get seeds and cuttings. (always the optimist) So i hope to make friends with anyone who is willing =). More than happy to share what i know from all my time spent playing with plants. Although I would consider myself a rookie in the entheogen field. Mind you - a rookie who is quick and willing to learn. Very excited for the future.
I would also like to add that I have never tried any form of psychedelics. But I am an open minded individual and do not/will not judge anybody who has or does indulge. Anybody is free to do as they feel fit as long as it does not hurt others. I enjoy reading post about experiences and will show respect to all posters. Hopefully I can still be a positive addition to this community despite my lack of experience.
This was not easy for me to do as I am a very introverted person. I overthink and ramble on about nothing. Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to finish reading my introduction.
