Probably the main question, which bothers now us, uneducated masses - can this be done at home at some point? (reduced to "tek"Pleased

Edit: I tried to read through the whole paper to maybe get a glipse of what process looks like. From my limited understanding, to answer my own question - probably impossible at home without specific knowledge and expensive equipment.

that's not the issue, it can easily be deconvoluted into a simple protocol. The issue is always cost. the plasmids are expensive as hell
