Hey
I'm pretty much in love with this compound. I would like to consume 2-3 tablespoons of it on a daily basis if possible, but am not sure about studies backing up such heavy doses. I have read some reddit discussions where people try to convert it, but don't really understand how the math works/how safe it is.
Anyone has experience with the compound or knowledge about it to give an answer to this curious question?
