So the other day I had my 1st experience after some extensive research and planning. I made a 1:1 ratio mullein leaf/DMT infused leaf. I loaded 80MG into a bong and accounting for residue in the shot glass and reweighing, I figure I had a 30-35mg dose in one hit. I held it in and the expected effects happened. The thing that bothers me is that both of my arms began an uncomfortable tingling starting with the left arm. The kind of pins and needles associated with your arm falling asleep. I did panic a bit as several bad scenarios went through my mind and I tried to fight it but then it evened out and I was ok. The tingling subsided and I was able to enjoy the visuals for a minute or two before I came back. I have had bad panic attacks before (drug induced and otherwise) and have experienced similar sensations during these but never during a trip. I chalked it up to anxiety until tonight I read about BP spikes during DMT experiences and even possible strokes, however what I've read, the tingling lasts hours or even days in severe situations. It came on instantly and subsided as soon as I began to calm down so I don't want to think it is anything to be overly concerned about. Is this a common experience? Any input or feedback would be appreciated. I look forward to my second attempt and would like my mind to be at ease about this. Oh yea, I also noticed when I came back that I was sweating a little and felt slightly nauseated. Thanks.

I experience bodily sensations and sweating most times.
I've not had tingling though. More a heavy body feeling. Which then turns into pleasurable sensations when stretching.
Are you healthy? Is your blood pressure relatively normal?

Harmalas are definitely a factor in BP also, you may want to try them alone or compare to pure spice if you intend to continue working with the molecule. Safety first of course! Safe travels At the center of this existence, it is everything and nothing, all of us and each of us and none of us. My light is now lit, and it cannot be extinguished.

Are you healthy? Is your blood pressure relatively normal? Yes, I am in good health and my BP has always been good. I believe it was just anxiety induced. I think next time I may try a lower dose just to see the light effects. I'm not rushing for a breakthrough. It will come in time.
