How much DMT would be in 2 fl oz of Acacia Bark Liquid Extract? Would it vary depending on certain factors? If hypothetically someone were to use it to make Ayahuasca, would it even be enough for a weak dose?

You could do a mini extraction on some of that liquid extract first, to determine potency. You only seem concerned that it might be sub-treshold, but it could also be too much. You don't know. This is one reason preparing your own from raw materials is usually best

Sorry I should've been aware of the rules before hand. What I purchased does have an ingredient list though, and tannic acid was not in it.

What is on the ingredient list? Is it a list of every compound present or just "100% pure free-range kosher acacia bark"? I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want a clever signature.

Absence of tannic acid on the ingredient list does not mean it is absent in the tree bark. Acacia barks are well known as a source of tannins. That stuff might be useful for topical treatment of eczema and burns, at least.
