G'day,

First time I did get bitchslapped, and I can tell you it was the one of most horrifying things ive experienced.

so I just want to state I no nothing! not just in dmt world but just in general, don't take anything I do as advice its just what I do and im being honest.

So im new to dmt 2-3 months (shocked that its that short), and smoke it probably on average once a week id say, im just going to tell you what I do now.

method machine,

Amount: this is where it gets tricky, I basically just set aside an hour or so and smoke as much as I can probably (70-150mg total I don't actually don't know for sure) consistently or which ever crystals march forwards and volunteer from the precip tray, or until I cannot stomach any more, not condoning any of this just what I do,if its a good place im at, but as I sit there I have 2 thoughts its all ok, and smoke more. ill forget my name, my wife, but if my arms work ill smoke more, in like 20mg increments, is this ok, im not condoning this for anyone else but atm it works for me, I do worry im over doing it sometimes, most people seem to measure out their dose and I have done that but I didn't break through, then I felt is was a bit annoying, i also just keep smoking more, every time I can is anyone else like this I feel alone. I don't really have control over it I just want to push it deeper, I actually don't think that's the case, I think has been drummed into me by everything I have read, I more have to concentrate on stopping. its not that I cant stop myself from smoking dmt everyday or anything, you knw what I could leave it six months no dramas, but it has been very good for me, as scary as it is.

I was going to introduce friends to this and have now since rethought, I asked advice before and good advice was given and got back some spice from my best mate. he's not ready, and can make it himself if he wants, hasn't even read through here. but It does mean that I no longer tell friends about my experiences so they don't ask me to do it, also no one really understands anyway, hard to integrate.

So im curious what do you search for,

I feel like a baby, ive broken through, I don't know 20+ times and as you can see above, ive only now really realised I have no idea what im doing. I don't really know what to ask......

i find for me smoking it regularly helps feel relaxed there, but i sometimes worry im doing something wrong in all this. there is something very wrong with DMT period. Aliens could have come here 10000000 years ago and genetically modified plants to build in a communication system with them later on.

how does DMT fit in with your lives, am i strange for consuming it that way. i guess i don't know what to search for sometime and worry i waste my time there because i know nothing and they laugh at me, how do i ask for guidance deeper through the rabbit hole, not fair on the beautifully powerful thing it is, to put an expectation on it.

Any way i cant even really communicate the question, i hope it makes sense to someone.

Hey Kettle,

Newbie here but I'll offer up my experience so far. I'm yet to truly breakthrough but what I've noticed is that anytime I try to breakthrough, there seems to be some force pulling me in. Whether that is my addictive tendencies and enjoyment of spice, or entities that really want to meet me, I truly don't know. Once I do actually breakthrough though, things may change.

I've read of people who smoke the spice almost daily and also others who will spend hours at a time re-loading and blasting off like you do. From what I've read it seems the main issues that can arise are HPPD, derealization and uncovering dormant psychological disorders. Compare your life now, honestly, to before the spice. Have things changed for you (for better or worse?)

If you recently got bitch-slapped then maybe it would be a good time to take a break. I think deep down you know what you should do, it's just a matter of actually doing it.. ya know?

Anyways, hopefully someone else with more experience can help you out. Good luck though!

oh yeah life is different, reality..... what reality, addiction has been easier to forget (sounds stupid), meditation deeper.

but yes I did have the thought there may be some longer term effects, I guess I want to find a happy medium,

I think you are making right decisions here.

Do you read? There are loads of useful literature out there about psychology, spiritualism, existence, reality, religion. It helps to bring your thoughts into words, by reading experiences and interpretations of others and thus calm the analytic mind.
I really suggest reading on the subject and especially getting acquainted with works of C. Jung.

That sounds like a good trip to me. A lot of hyperslaps have to do with intention, and/or refusal to act upon integration from prior experiences. The more you treat it like a sacrament, and with fervent devotion, the more it'll show you. At least, in my experience.

Nope it wasn't a hyper slap, just looked it up, sorry, I am lucky to have felt reasonably welcomed unblocked, or threatened. just scary, and actually a lot more common for that to happen to me lately now I think about it, (today I was shocked and happy when I came back with arms).

thanks. I know it sounds stupid but u have given me things to think about. to be honest it is my intent I think I need to think about, but as long I know that what im doing is ok, I can take my time. I don't no where the frustration came from, ... its a weird thing.

thanks

I think you are asking how to navigate or bring something back with you?

Intention is the most important thing with any travel. You have to know where you want to go enable to get there. Set a course and see it through. Any intention will do. I have asked to see death before. I have asked to see my birth. I asked to see the beginning of time. I have asked many questions with intent. I have asked for healing. I give my gratitude and allow whatever experience comes to wash over me.

I think it is certainly worth mentioning shamanism here. Shamans believed they were communicating with spirits. They believed they could find hidden objects, retrieve fragmented souls and even have psychic battles with other shamans. I have dabbled with some of these concepts and have found that intention does play a very important part in any experience you have, be it in waking reality and in hyperspace. I feel there is a direct correlation to how you experience life and how you experience hyperspace. What you learn in one reality you can apply to the other.

Integration comes next in this navigation. We had the intention. We had the experience. Now we wait and see what our mind does with it all. It can become a puzzle that cannot be solved and loop your mind. It can come to you in an instant. It can come to you three months from now while your sitting on your porcelain throne.

What I have found works best for me for integration is to write things down or talk about the experience shortly after. I also concentrate on the emotional aspect of the experience. I think about why I felt this way or that. I think of what it means to me to have those feelings. Is there something in my life that has similar feelings to what I experienced in hyperspace or vice versa. It can be difficult to make heads or tails of anything sometimes. And yet in other instances I come out of the experience feeling I received exactly the information I was looking for.

Much of my recommendations here comes from experimenting, trial and error and genuine intent to learn from all my experiences. Start applying intent to your waking life. Practice intent. I promise you this intent will seep into your dmt experiences. Live your intent and the answers will come even faster.

I hope maybe this may at least getting you thinking about different ways to approach these experiences. I highly recommend experimenting and finding the navigational tools that apply for you. Hyperslaps can also be tools. Look for information contained within. Feel those emotions with your intent. Really look at it. Until it changes into something else. Read between the lines. Be abstract. Use your imagination. Let go and just be the experience.. be the whole thing. I have found that all my intentions, all the questions and all the answers have lead directly back to myself.

P.S.
I gotta get a quote in! HA! Razz

that was a dope response youareweami. I found that helpful.

honestly it sounds like you are struggling with craving. craving is never a pleasant feeling and leaves one dissatisfied. maybe don't stop, but if you're really interested in avoiding such experiences forming new mental pathways for dealing with craving, weigh out a set amount for a sitting that way you know you wont end up in such scary/binge-like territory. i bet this would help you learn what it feels like to go to a certain point and stop. once you've held sat through a craving a few times you learn that it's ok. ik it sounds oversimplified and cliche but it's profound to overcome craving in my life. it would be better to trip and be content with that intensity than need to constantly push deeper. that's why i never redose mushrooms. whatever the dose is I commit to the experience. it's not up to me how intense or not intense or how long that dose will last, it's a practice in acceptance of where it gets me.

it seems like something is driving you to push deeper, which is not bad, but shouldn't be heeded without caution. is it really just that everyone seems to say you should push deeper? for me, i normally have some sort of masochistic edge or curiosity or sometimes a spiritual goal for healing that pushes me to the level of intensity you are talking about. maybe it would be worth your time to continue investigating internally.

I have also wondered before if there's something wrong with smoking dmt that way/in general. i don't think it's good or bad (bad for the lungs surely), it just is always in the context of your life. If it was me, I wouldn't do it again for awhile, but i have a much different appetite for psychedelics than you. I am horribly squeamish about smoked dmt even though I've had a few hundred mg for months.

I wish i had a stronger appetite for psychedelics, because i love the experiences i do have, but i don't have the psychic will to smoke dmt as often as you do and am actually somewhat envious.
