I'm curious to hear if anyone knows whether or not topical corticosteroids interact with changa? The reason why I'm asking is due to having psoriasis and as treatment I use a cream that has a mix of calcipotriol and betamethason. I've been wanting to make changa but I just want to make sure there won't be any harmful drug interaction.

In the above link it says it's a very bad idea with oral harmalas if using corticosteroids. Does that apply to changa as well and also if the corticosteroid is used topical?

Last but not least, if harmalas are out of the question, will enhanced leaf be viable or could there be any interactions with DMT?

as harmalas or other MAOIs are a part of change, yes it would be bad to combine changa with corticosteroids.

i do not know about any interactions with DMT or lack thereof, but someone one here might know more about that

Since the potential issues with harmala alkaloids and corticosteroids is due to the inhibition of CYP3a4 you may benefit from the knowledge here:

Thank you guys for the prompt answer Smile . I'll steer away from any type of harmala.

Thank you for the link, I had a look and quite interesting to read about the CYP3a4, hadn't heard of it before I saw the interaction warning.

Does anyone know whether e-leaf will be alright to use? While we're on the topic just for extra precaution I might as well ask if anyone have heard whether it can react badly with psilocybin? Found one source saying it's safe but just in-case anyone heard anything else it would be interesting to hear.
