So i guess to start, I’ve been here a couple weeks just trying to take in all the information and knowledge I can, i have found it quite difficult to navigate the nexus due to the fact that everything is spread through years and years of discussion and though I’ve barely scratched the surface I’ve learned so much and im so very greatful to everyone.

Getting to know me

I was 15 when I tried dmt and I haven’t actually smoked it since, but after that day I stopped using LSD and partying all the time and got my life as strait as I could get it.
I have a history with bi-polar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD and most of my life I’ve been on riddlin or adderal and multiple medications for anxiety and depression.
I do not take any medications or do any “drugs” besides smoke pot which is legal where im from
-Lastly I have found peace within my life so believe me when I say im about as mentally unstable as your average mid 20s adult.

Why im here

Im currently following lextek dmt extraction guide to hopefully relive the experience I had when I first smoked dmt years ago, and recently I’ve been pondering the idea of microdosing 15ml of mhrb/caapi Aya brew I made about 2 days ago for about a week or 2 to log the effects on my mental health due to the fact that only about 10-15 mls gives me more of a happy feeling instead of hallucinations but im wondering if that’s because b caapi Is like a natural anti depressant?
