Just wanting to get some feedback re Bufo extraction teks
The Bufo sticky is a handy resource, if somewhat lengthy these days.

So. . . .
I was wondering if anyone interested had any feedback re the various Bufo extraction teks, their expected efficiency, ease of use rating etc etc.
[ideally people who have done the tek more than once (maybe at least 3 times?)]
