Today's lessons learned:
1) In future, extract my own spice to rule out ineffectiveness due to impurities etc.
2) Sublingual doses of harmalas, over about 150mg, are not my cup of tea.
3) Stay patient.
4) It's a hot day. The indole smell from the spice seemed present an hour later outdoors. Realized it was a natural plant odor.

1008: swallowed
1030: Heavy effects; normal background tinnitus amplified; increased visual acuity; slight visual shakiness. Similar to LSD in terms of agitated feeling
1045: uncomfortably hyper-aware of sensory input; self-conscious of context and meaning of spoken words, similar to THC
1150: trying to stay still with eyes closed to offset uncomfortable bowel and stomach
1130: off-peak, somewhat more comfortable
1245: clear

is it possible there's something wrong with your technique? 70+mg in a 10 minute span sounds like you should be in another galaxy

I've only tried spice 5 or 6 times so far and I gotta say, 20mg and under has certainly taken me past light headed.

The first time i didn't have a MG scale and probably ended up vaping closer to 40-50mg. Eyes closed I was standing next to a metal object that I could taste. When i opened my eyes everything was connected to vertical strands. Scary, humbling & very beautiful.

Consider trying a ceramic donut wax atomizer if you are familiar with the battery safety.
