~~~~~~~The Lion Powermilk~~~~~~~
Ingredients:1 to 1.5 Cups Soy Milk
1 HEAPING Tablespoon of Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp of Lions Mane Mushroom Full Spectrum 20:1 Extract Powder
Cinnamon
Stevia
Preparation:Combine ingredients into blender and add Cinnamon + Stevia to taste. Blend Well.
If you make 1.5 cups worth, you can drink 0.5 cups in a glass, and add the other 1 cup mixed into your
Coconut Super Oatmeal.
Notes:I wanted to share a GREAT and SIMPLE recipe that I use every morning.
It is also AMAZING if you mix 1 cup of the Powermilk directly into your morning serving of
Coconut Super Oatmeal.
I use Soy milk because compared to all the other vegan milks it is the only one that contains a "complete protein" with the full spectrum of amino acids. And quite a bit, about 8g per cup! I am not afraid of phytoestrogens.
Any milk can be used. Preferably a vegan milk such as Soy, Almond, Coconut, Hemp or Flax Milk.
It utilizes Lions Mane mushroom extract which stimulates Neuron Growth via BDNF which causes Lions Mane to give you energy, increased memory, and increased cognition and intelligence!
It is worth mentioning, that with the heavy Cacao and the Cinnamon... you do not taste the Lions Mane Mushroom Extract AT ALL... Not even a little bit... So it has no funk taste! Just pure bliss!
Also, utilizing the power of Theobromine in raw Cacao gives a clean, non-edgy, euphoric energy which IMO can lead to even better experiences than coffee or tea, as long as your caffeine tolerance isn't already through the roof.
Going heavy on the Cinnamon is also nice, for the incredible flavor, but also because it lowers blood pressure.
