Hello , there has been a question on my mind for a few years now, regarding a strange phenomenon that seems to occur randomly a few days after more intense psychedelic experiences with
LSD, and at comedown sometimes after being loaded on
DMT ( not necessarily high dose, just threshold walls-morphing ammount ).
So there were certain moments where for a very short time ( 0.2 - 0.3 sec ) I would experience a shock, first an intense sensation of thought-freezing and at the same time my consciousness being stretched and pulled through the top of my head. This is accompanied by a synesthetic feeling of perceiving physical sensations as colors, and just like someone would spill a glass of colors over your head. No fractal geometry, very short and intense feeling like the sense of falling or accidentally slipping, comparable to a hypnic jerk. This usually happens at most once a day under the right conditions, in my case. When I haven't used any psychedelics recently ( canabis does not seem to cause this ), it does not occur. Recently can mean not having been loaded for about 4 days.
The last time it happened it was more memorable, I accidentally stumbled across a Lady Gaga interview on YouTube while loaded and my rational mind seemed to collapse, like I had just discovered something so shocking that I would have to immediately forget it. Although I was definitely coming down and my body had almost metabolized the DMT, there was a sharp "pull-back", felt like a disk scratching right at the middle of a good song, like an interruption following my "newly discovered rational construct", being pulled out of my head and bathed in colors, and returning back into my head, in a very short time.
I looked on the Hyperspace lexicon and could not find a similar phenomenon.
My question is: can anyone relate? Has something similar happened to you? What do you think?
