So I do have quite the experience with vaped DMT, but I would like to intensify and prolong the trip. So I was looking into harmalas. My research suggests that most people prefer Caapi over Rue due to more synergetic effects, which I am perfectly fine with.

Now the question is: What ROA is best?

1. The extraction processes looks quite easy so I am pretty sure I could extract it myself and then just use it sublingually. However what's the benefit of this method? Why not just make a tea? If I understand it correctly the tea induces nausea and the extracted harmalas don't.
Is that correct?

2. Are extracted harmalas significantly(!) stronger than drinking a tea?

3. How much difference does it make if I swallow the extracted harmalas or if I use them sublingually?

i do not have much experience with MAOIs yet, but one big advantage i see with extracts over tea is that you can know how much you are actually consuming.
with tea there is not really way to be sure how much harmalas you ingest.

something you can also try is to vaporize caapi.
it does require a lot of heat but if you want to test grounds this is what i did.
i just vaporized a few mg of caapi leafe in my vulcano on the highest setting
i got mixed results but i think for testing it worked so that i know i do want more of it
