I'm ready to place an order of psychotria but it's been so long since I tried this stuff, so I'd like to know roughly how much is used for one dosage in ayahuasca. Please give me a rough idea.

Where are you getting them from, hawaii, peru? The hawaii'ns are said to be stronger, nearly as strong as chali.

I tried 50 gr from peru, and only got very minimal feel of it. Maybe do enough for two dosages and top up if needed.
