Well hello to the DMT-nexus,

Where to start? I guess at the begging, Where I first found a love for psychedelics.

My first introduction was at boarding school in the halls of the condemned lines, my friends and I had managed to get a hold of several acid tabs and thought that this was a better place than any to try this out. At first not a great deal happened we were just talking in the common room for what seemed a long time when I realized the conversation had gradually taken quite a strange turn, I couldn't remember how we had arrived to the topic of why they had painted the walls such a horrid yellow colour or if they had just slowly turned that way over the years but none the less we were all enraptured about this baby poo yellow and the corrugations in the concrete imaging every gouge had its own story and being so curious as to why it way there. following this there was a long period of silence between us all, i knew that i was not alone but i did not care for any conversation and i assumed they all felt the same. This was the first time in my young life that i had ever experienced the true meaning of a comfortable silence. after a while someone said they wanted to "go" i took this as a statement of going back to our dorms and i honestly shuttered with terror of the thought of being surrounded by all that noise and those strange people not to mention the chance of being caught by someone. So i stood and left the room there, was no debate as to what i was doing or who was coming it just seemed to flow, two of my friends joined me and we started walking to the far end of the condemned block where the old kitchen and food hall used to be. when we got there i was astounded by the dead silence and shear space of the room. I couldn't understand why i had never noticed that it was so big. As it was a long time ago I'm very hazy on the specific details after this but i do remember that this experience for me was in a sense related to a post apocalyptic exploration and i was discovering all these things that had been left behind. although there were no massive visual hallucinations there were a few audible things along the journey. this first experience of mine is something that some may think is a joke or not relevant to the Nexus but every time my mind drifts back to this path it makes me smile.

if you got this far thank you for reading as this is my first post in any forum ever. I have since come quite a way in regards to dabbling in the psychedelic realm but have no doubt a novice to some and this is why I'm here to learn and grow. looking forward to posting some of my DMT journeys and sharing them with you.
