I've noticed that there has been a spike in the availability of online MHRB vendors in the United States, and was wondering if anybody knew why the current legal climate is so much different from a few years ago (~2008-2015), when vendors were being raided and imported packages were being seized. Did some new legal precedence go into effect or something? Not complaining, just curious. Thanks!
