Hello All!

I've been lurking on this forum for about a year now, and I finally decided it was time to make an official account. 'Marwhoa' will represent the inquiries, experiences, and input of four total individuals, although the one typing now will interact with other members here.

Background:

Myself (5'8, 170 lbs) and three other tightly knit friends all started exploring the realms of consciousness about two years ago. Since then, we've shared a handful of LSD and Mushroom experiences. We would always make sure our set and setting were optimal to ensure to greatest probability of a pleasant trip (even with these preventative measures, things don't always go as planned, as many of you are aware lol).

After researching for months, we felt we were ready to explore Hyperspace. Our first apparatus for administering DMT was a broken beer bottled, bandaged with electrical tape, and a lope plastic pipe sticking out from the side, with a copper ball ala 'The Machine' style to hold the spice.
Yeah, I know. Absolutely horrendous.

Nevertheless, we tried about three-four times out of this apparatus. Needless to say, none of us were successful in breaking through; however, we did learn some valuable lessons on proper vaporization technique (I would try Changa...but I feel that we are spice purists at heart haha).

But thankfully, we realize the need to graduate from the beer bottle apparatus. We are pitching in and ordering a GVG and torch liter, which we will hopefully use for the first time in around 15-20 days from now (super excited about this).

As an computer science enthusiast, I love thinking about the mathematics behind psychedelic geometry and consciousness in general (sites like qualiacomputing.com turn me onnnnnnn). Because of this, I've noticed I relate a lot of my trips to mathematics and algorithms in particular. Some of my trips have even been centered around algorithmic thought. I wonder if DMT will be the same? Hmm...

First Experiences:

I will highlight a few of the experiences I've had with DMT so far.

1st bout (1 year ago):
I was in my car with an apparatus worse than a beer bottle...it was essentially the Machine, but with a Gatorade bottle with a straw sticking out haha. One of my friends was with me in the passenger seat. It was 12:40 a.m. I am very nervous, but ready to see what spice has to offer me.
On the first toke...I realized I am inhaling what is essentially tantamount to burnt plastic.
Vague general psychedelic effects. I take another toke. This time, I feel...foreign. This body load is so much different that LSD or shrooms. My body looks and feels so alien. Everything turns grey scale except for the time in my car, which remains a dull greenish color.

WHOA. My entire arms now has ridges like the Gatorade bottle. For some reason, it gives off a very Aztec feeling. I take another toke and hold it in as long as possible.

Oh boy...my arm is dropping on its own. Time to hand the Gatorade bottle to my friend. I lean back the car seat, and close my eyes. I see a single, vibrating RBG dot, almost like a pixel on the screen. 5 seconds later, more RGB dots appear, forming an RBG vibrating line. 5 seconds later, another dimensional element is added, and now I am looking at what looks to be a many RBG lines stacked on each other, forming a thick rotating sin wave.

OK...now the sin wave is in three dimensions. A rotating RGB sin...plane? It's comprised of lots of these RBG dots. And out of this plane spawns three RBG heads which looked like Nuns. The heads were attached to each other, one facing straight forward, one facing left, and one facing right. And they were rotating.

After a while, I opened my eyes. Yep, that was about a weird as a thought it was going to be. My friend and I get out the car and go into a Hookah shop. Interestingly enough, the Hookah hit me HARD like a strong dose of marijuana.

[note - will edit the rest of the stories later]

2nd bout (3 weeks ago):

I was by myself, with the beer bottle apparatus. It was about 1 a.m in the morning, and I was sitting on my bed in the dark, with a single lit candle in the room. I guess I was feeling emotionally neutral.

Before I started smoking, I reviewed in my head what proper vaporization technique should look like. I had a massive first hit, and upon exhalation, the walls on my room started pulsing a deep red pattern every 2 seconds or so. I had the same 'foreign out of body' feeling as I had experienced before. I started feeling a little fear..."am I really about to breakthrough? I've really done it this time! I should turn back while I have a chance."

Something inside of rebelled completely against these thoughts, and I distinctly remember exclaiming in my head: "You know what DMT, show me what you've got, I'm not afriad!" I began to take three huge hits; with each exhale, my room became more and more distorted. It's like objects in the room were jumping out at me.

After the third hit, I put down the pipe and laid down. It felt like something was applying an enormous pressure on my chest, as if to say "you're not going anywhere tough guy." With closed eyes, I saw the normal blackness become enveloped by countless amounts of red dots...except they were quite dots, but more like roundish red patterns. The patterns quickly became a swirling 3D scene, almost like I was in a room with shelves. I think I remember seeing a cubish object with wings rotating back and forth. "Ok...this kind of scary, but I know the experience shouldn't last that long so I'll wait it out." When the object stopped rotating and disappeared, the visuals pretty much stopped.
Thank goodness for clarity of thought on DMT, if I had experienced any sort of abnormal headspace, I might have freaked out.

Lesson Learned: respect the molecule Big grin

Glad to be here Smile

Welcome to the nexus Marwhoa

Nice engineering you have going on there Laughing

Changa is great, easy to administer, a little more bang for your buck with the harmalas added.

Thanks for the introduction and I look forward to reading the rest of the trip reports.

Peace
