Hi there dear guys. The Ibogapart is at the (1) mark, so if you want to skip my personal part just go there. I´d absolutely appreciate any help I can get for my trip!

I´ve made an entry into the nexus some months ago, it was about the same topic, but I decided that it was too soon to trip on this substance.
I have some kind of autistic disorder, not yet diagnosed but soon to be. I was diagnosed with narcistic personality disorder, but that was some bad doctors work imo( exactly what a narcist would say xD).
I don´t know if/how much I should go into detail about my life here and if it helps you guys helping me with that trip, but since I´m planning to get a more active member around here anyway, just some basics.

I´m 25 and currently on the way to learn a new job. After failing in my last one, caretaker for disabled people, due to beeing less and less able to socialize and furthermore feeling worse and worse mentally, I´ve had a 1 year period where I´ve been living at my moms farmhouse and barely did anything. Around last spring I realized I had to get more active or otherwise things would progressivly get more worse, although it felt like they couldn´t. So I became active and worked out 3 times a week. After some time I decided to go hitchhiking for 3 weeks. those changed my view on how I can get better a lot. I also brought some Changa with me, which gave me pretty awesome experiences although I struggled so hard mentally. I´ve had some awesome psychedelic experiences in the past that really showed me just how much I´m really a loving person inside and that I´m struggling alot cause I can´t experience that in my daily life. After the hike I went to a psychiatric hospital for 5 months on my own will. Before that I was arguing hardcore everyday with my mom and my mind went crazy with thoughts about what a shitty person she is. 4 days after arriving at the hospital I decided to go jogging everyday because I wanted to reprogram my lazy brain into doing shit no matter what. That was one thing that stuck around from a few years ago, when I watched Simple Pick Ups Videos on Youtube, and they mention in one Video that in order to reprogram your brain on certain things, you have to do them over and over constantly for a period of around 6 months. That proved very true later with many other things.

I´ve dedicated the last one and a half year purely to working on myself, by reading lots of books, jogging, working out, eating healthy and reducing meat, zero sugar by now, working for charity, meditating daily since 6 months, cycling a lot, learning guitar, making my apartment look awesome in a style I truly enjoy, learning Aikido going out daily for 4 months to talk to girls ( I have 2 fuckbuddys by now), and just lots and lots of social exercise. I hope this doesn´t come off as bragging about how superduper I am, I just want to give you an idea how drastic my lifestyle change has been. I had the Iboga sitting in my fridge for 10 months now, and resisted the at times overwhelming urge to just throw it in because I wanted that when I take it when I don´t feel I won´t survive when I don´t take it. I feel like the moment has come. I feel way more comfortable in my own skin, my life´s pretty organised, I´m about to learn a new job, got some luck with ladys... yeah (trying to) flirt helped me a lot, especially because those Simple Pick Up dudes give some pretty awesome practical tips on how to be more social and generally get your life together

(1)
First of all, I´ve already made some preperations. I´ll trip at my appartment, wear a comfy trouser, and have organised 3 trustworthy tripsitters, each one will be around for one day , so 3 days of tripsitting because I heard it´s good to have people around you that long. I have some allergic distress against dust so I´ll clean my flat and tell my sitters to closely watch my breath.
-One thing that concerns me is my neighbours. They tend to fight hardcore sometimes, so when that happens I should really be putten on some headphones I think. What do you guys think, which music would fit an Iboga trip? I´m pretty sure that there are not the same rules involved as with traditional psychedelics, as with "whatever you like sober" since it´s such a powerful experience. Or am I wrong.
And generally speaking, do you think music should be played (sometimes/constantly) during/ after the trip?
-How long did it take you to "fully" come down, would you say going to a partylocation 5 days after the trip would be too early? I don´t intend to take any drugs for at least 3-4 months after the trip so my brain can fully enjoy all the benefits of the afterglow, so don´t worry about that. My drug use has been moderate this year anyway, exept for some time at the beginning. I don´t feel like I need to be high to enjoy myself anymore.
-If there are any general tips you feel like someone who´s about to take Iboga could need feel free to speak them out Very happy

Much love to all of you <3

Rewriting your questions more clearly may increase the chances of a positive reply. Good luck on your mission.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

I do not have any personal experience with Iboga, so I can't help you there, unfortunately. However, there is an Iboga subforum, if you haven't already checked it out. I would start by looking through those posts and you could also drop into Chat every now and then and ask questions there. Good luck!
