Hey guys I am looking for some opinions, but first some background:
I've done my fair share of research about dmt and my chosen extraction procedure (ACRB A/B). I have just one suspect material which is my NPS. At my location there is a lack of Naphtha and I instead have "Crown Camp Fuel" I have read the MSDS and it says that is is comprised of "95-100%" petroleum distillates. The the 0-5% that is unaccounted for is benzene, toluene, and various rust inhibitors.
Now for my question: As obviously I do not want rust inhibitors in my final product as a result of doing an evap, does anyone think that freeze precipitating would circumlocute that contamination, OR: would the trace amounts of toluene hold onto the DMT and prevent freeze precip?
Obviously this is pretty specific but anyone's opinion would be much appreciated.
(I did an evap test and it was clean if that helps any)
