You are probably right. The thing is, I really want to try DMT, but mushroom is the only alternative right now. I hope to get in a consciousness witch leads to spiritual answers within myself.

Go to the WIKI and follow the Lazyman's tek. Extracting DMT is very easy . All you have to do is read and ask questions. No you don't need to travel to Peru and talk to a shaman. You can make ayahuasca on your own.

I wouldn't worry to much about the food. Eat clean the day your going to take it (plant based foods) but don't starve yourself or anything. Its the drugs that you want to worry about. If you're using medications like Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors ayahuasca is not for you.
